SONOS message: \u2018Unable to browse the music files\u2019<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

From time to time we receive error messages from \u2018Sonos\u2019 operators who receive the error \u2018Unable to browse music files\u2019.
In most cases, these companies are still using an old Sonos controller version (S1).<\/p>\n

Although our channels and the authentication method are error-free, Sonos itself no longer supports certain services on the old controllers.<\/p>\n

What can I do?
Use the current controller on a tablet\/mobile phone<\/strong>. The controller on Mac\/Windows usually does not support our service (anymore). There is now also a web-based controller at https:\/\/play.sonos.com<\/a>, <\/strong>with which you can also use all our channels. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
